Home styles choices found here are condominiums, twin homes and detached single family homes. All are single story with some condominium homes having entry stairs. Home Owner Associations maintain the community and residents are responsible for paying the annual fees. Each neighborhood has different fees based on their amenities.

Rancho Bernardo Senior Communities

Oaks North 55+ Community surrounds the Oaks North Golf Course.  Many homes have spectacular mountain, golf course, or sunset views.  On the East side you will find the local Bernardo Winery.  Oaks North is a planned development.  It is the younger of the two senior communities in Rancho Bernardo.  One neighborhood is a gated community.  Oaks North neighborhoods consist of One Oaks North, Oaks North Village and The Haciendas.  On the North end you will find Oaks North Villas, Mirador, Chapalla, Marbella, and Oaks North Estates.  The club servicing Oaks North is the Oaks North Community Center.

 
Seven Oaks 55+ Community is the original senior neighborhood of Rancho Bernardo.  Homes began construction in the late 1960’s and early 1970’s.  Seven Oaks consists of single story attached town homes and single story detached single family homes.  Many landscapes are low maintenance.  Seven Oaks is a walking community.  It is centrally located near local shopping and banking.  The club servicing this 55+ neighborhood is the Seven Oaks Community Center.

The Seven Oaks Community Center is located at 16789 Bernardo Oaks Drive in Rancho Bernardo. Seven Oaks is a planned development for seniors age 55 plus. This recreational facility is exclusive to Seven Oaks residents. Relax and refresh in the pool or spa. Activities at the center include ceramics, bunco, book discussion groups, croquet, bridge, crafts, exercise classes and more.

A newly developed gated community for 55+ residents.  This upscale development offers luxurious attached and detached homes, with single level floor plans (some offer lofts). Residents can also take advantage of the master community of Del Sur and its 14 outlying parks and facilities.
